precious life...

Life is always precious, but when you go through what little Grace has, it is anything but ordinary and truly a miracle. Joni's water broke at only 17 weeks and after 78 days of bed rest, Grace was born at 28 weeks and weighed in at 2.8 lbs. She stayed in the NICU for 91 days before she was strong enough to come home with mom and dad. I was honored that they trusted me just days after her release from the hospital, to document a miracle.


Anything but ordinary was her shoot as well. While she is, at 41 weeks gestation, developmentally a newborn, she has the determination and awareness of an older baby and made us work for every shot!
